were having a boy and i want him to be named after his daddy!!! his daddy's name is michael travis parsons. i like the name malachi. it's close enough to michael but slightly different. if we were having a girl her name would have been michaela. i have three outh children named abigail, elijah, and josiah. what's your ideas????

Travis Michael Parson. My friend name her son after his father like this, and the boy loves it. He tells everyone, he has the same name as his father, but his middle first name. The boy is seven, since he was three, he was telling everyone that. He loves the fact his father and him have the same name, but backwards

Naming your son after his father is nice but it gets confusing, they didn't want a jr so they called him Parker 2, it sounded so stupid, just have a good plan in mind if that is the name you use. I do like Malachi or Micah or Mitchell are all close to Michael.
