its not letting me turn it off or go to any other tracks whats wrong with it V_V

Mine did the same thing. Hold "menu" and the circle/ok button in the middle. An Apple will come up, then after a minute or two your iPod will be unfrozen.

Hold down Menu and the middle button for 20 sec... it will reset and solve ur problem.

Apple released a utility that unfreezes your iPod. Go to Apple's website and search for "iPod utility" in the Support section.

i believe you can hold down the play button and the center button for about 10 sec and your iPod should reset.
