it is just your normal production of mucous. If there is a lot of it, use a panty liner.

The vagina is self-cleansing, which is what the clear mucous on your underwear is. There's nothing to worry about- this is healthy and what your vagina does naturally.
If you're noticing more than usual, it's probably the start of ovulation- your period.
If the discharge, however, is pasty and white, it could be a yeast infection, in which you'll want to seek medical attention, or over-the-counter drugs such as Monistat.

Hi my GF says that it is a natural phenomena in women, One thing i have noticed that when ever this mucous is discharged on her panties she always is ready for sex.
So no problems ...! And that when I can have a safe sex.

You're probably ovulating. If you're trying for a baby, the best time to have sex is when you see this type of clear slippery discharge.

It's a very normal phenomenon. Don't get worry. But if the problem irritates you, consult a Doctor.

This is normal for women during their childbearing years. If it seems too much you might see your gynecologist, just to reassure you. Best wishes.

Has it been 14 days since the start of your last period? If so I would say you are probably ovulating.
