Dutch East Indies Company deployed many ships to the Orient. The most famous being the Batavia. Instead of following the coast like the English and Portuguese, they would sail East for a given period then
North to the destination.

I've never heard of a ship of that vintage with numerals in the name. Can you provide a little more information in your request?
