First and most important to keep juicy is not to cook on high, and to turn over allot. I like to use tereyaki sauce to marinate in, and then sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Another favorite is Thia sauce and Ginger, marinate and when almost done put some more on, and yes BBQ sauce. After the first 3-5 minutes turn it over to sear the sides and lock in the juices,

Ever have a bear can chicken........takes about 1 1/2 hours on the grill. Start your grill. Keep coals to one side. Clean and season your chicken with season salt and pepper. Stick a bear can or soda up its cavity and wrap in foil. cook on side the coals are not on. it is really yummy
The whole thing in cooking chicken so it don't dry out is to keep the coals on 1 side of grill and use the other side to cook on. Also get it where it looks done. Get a big cake pan and pour your BBQ sauce in then add chicken and let it cook longer. Always use your meat thermometer to check temps of meat. It will be falling off the bone. This works for all BBQ
I season all my food with season salt and pepper.

You may get better answers if this is in the food section, not marriage and divorce.
I usually season mine with garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and rub it in. I grill it for about 30-40 minutes (depending on how thick it is and if it was thawed or frozen. If it's frozen I had another 7-10 minutes to the cooking time) on med heat flipping it a few of times to makes sure all sides get nice and brown. If I want BBQ sauce on it, I will brush it on for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking so the sauce doesn't burn (so cook it 20-30 minutes then add BB sauce).
That is either breasts or cut chicken. I've only done whole chickens on a rotisserie, I season the same and also stuff it with vadalia (spelling?) onion, and a clove of garlic, but it cooks for a couple of hours)

I'm not certain what this has to do with marriage and divorce,But I'll answer anywayHere's one of my favorites....
Hot,spicy ,tangy and sticky chicken !!!
Ingredients:
3 1/2 to 4 lbs of chicken ( cut up )
1 cup of cider vinegar
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs chili powder
1 ts salt
1 ts black pepper (fresh ground is prefered if you have a pepper mill at your house.)
1 ts hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup BBQ sauce ( i like the orignal Kc masterpiece myself.)
Place the chicken in a shallow glass dish ( a plastic bag works just as well if you don't have a glass dish.) combine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt ,black pepper and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
pour over the chicken pieces and let marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, turning several times. ( to lock in all that juicy flavor.)
Spray the grill down with PAM to prevent the pieces from sticking... Place the dark meat on ther grill at least 10 minutes before you put the white meat on !! ( dark meat takes longer to cook.) Cook chicken over medium heat ( charcoal i presume is the grill that you have.) for 30 to 45 minutes turning ONLY once or twice!! on a covered grill !!
Baste with your BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes of cooking. Remove chicken from the grill and baste with more BBQ sauce. The chicken is done when the meat is no longer pink near the bone. If you have a propane grill that would be 170 degrees for breast meat and 180 degrees for the dark meat.
I would serve it with either coleslaw or cornbread as a side or both of them !! I hope this has helped you and enjoy your BBQ !!!!!
