Welcome ;-)
Go to a Circuit City electronics store, they should have an adapter if you need one. They'll also advise you on what you need to know or be concerned about regarding the differences in British and American products and their respective care.

I accidentally gave 'Smoked Salmon' a thumbs up, I intended a thumbs down and am trying to change it...sorry I thumbs-upped such a rude nit.

I took my PSP to Venezuela, who use the same electric supply as the states, and mine charged just fine. Look at the charger - its rated input reads (on mine) 100 -240v 50/60Hz. So it'll work on a UK 240v power supply, and also American 110v.

It makes it easier for Sony to only make one type of power supply for all uses.

Just.. obviously... get yourself a plug adapter. The Earth pin is plastic (and unwired) anyway, so the loss of it won't matter.

hey, it is not so much your psp as it will be your proper plug in for power. if you go to an electronics store like best buy you should be able to buy a new adaptor. but, i would look at your manual and check what is required of your psp. sometimes, they even have a number to call. better safe than sorry.
