To have loved and lost I think is definitely more painful. If you haven't loved, then you don't know what you're missing really. You might feel lonely, but love really hurts x_x It's a big risk people take when they decide that they love someone.

Loved and lost, but wisely handled, don't go under with pain.
Let it be let go. Don't let it go, unless _______ or let it go and have it in you mind all the time still, or it is not really let go.
To have never loved..is to miss a chance, and thus have failed with out even trying, and never have learned anything about yourself, good luck..I have been hurt, and now that you say it, I am glad I have, I have learned.
Have no malice.

To have loved and lost. It hurts to go thru it..but it makes me the person I am today. I also feel the ones I have loved are stepping stones to the man I truly love.

To have loved and lost. Feelings are what separate us from the rest of the animal kingdom.... I think we must feel the bad stuff once in a while in order to truly appreciate the good stuff when it comes around.

Hi!

Most certainly it is better to have loved than never to have done so. The pain of a failed relationship is also a growth point that can help us appreciate future love more fully, benefiting us and our loved ones. People who cling to dead relationship, afraid of the pain of "losing", may be depriving themselves of future gains. It's important to work at a relationship, but it is not healthy to stay in a damaging one.

Good wishes.
