I tried researching this on the net, but to no avail. Is it possible to add another person? How do you go about this??

Thanks!

no. your tax ID(employer ID #) is valid for you, or your biz name. if your ID is for a corporate name, then you can add that person as an officer of the corp and then that person will have access to the number.

it is NOT POSSIBLE to share a social security number--each person needs a UNIQUE number for identification for tax and employment as well as benefit purposes. Businesses also get Tax ID numbers, assigned to each business. It is possible for a new employee to use the existing tax ID of the business for any LEGITIMATE business purpose, but ONLY on behalf of the business, not on behalf of themselves.
