Starfire - she has a very optimistic personality, easily happy, and loves her friends a lot. no doubt the most joyful.

Bubbles, DeeDee (especially), and Numbuh Three are more ditzy than joyful, and Ami is just not as joyful as the others, though all characters are very entertaining.
