I will be attending college in Boston this coming fall while trying to pursue my acting career. Does anyone know of any good casting companies who cast principal and extra work?

If you want to be an actor, why are you going to college? It won't help. What helps is getting experience and then getting an agent. If you learn to do anything in college other than acting to earn a living, or if you should fall in love, or -God Forbid - you should get pregnant, you can forget about acting. I am a former college theatre department chairman and professor and a retired professional actor. I know you cannot learn to act or to become an actor from a college. I mentor aspiring actors.
