About 6 days ago I woke up and had some bruise type pain in my right breast, the next few days go by and its worse, and in my right breast I have a mass wich is soft and smooth but firm and full. Well now I am having this kind of fullness feeling in my pelvic area and I threw up about 2 days ago wich I contributed to the heat and allergy attack. Well I noticed yesterday that my left breast feels full to but no mass, (btw im going to dr. tomorrow ) I am pee'ing a little more then ususal and Ive been really tired last week or so. But the thing is, I had my tubes lazer burned 10 yrs ago, Im 38 and I have normal consistant periods like clock work normally but last month it was late. I do not expect it to come again this month for another week. But I just have this really strange feeling that I feel pregnant. Now I don't really remember what it feels like as my kids are 13 and 15 yrs old so Im a little confused.

Now I do not have health insurance so I am planning on going to the ER early in the morning as I did not want to deal with weekend emergency room busyness.

Like I said it was 10 yrs ago I was only 27 or 28 at the time, I know they were lazer'ed but I do not know if they were cut I cant remember.
Yes I know how expensive the ER is but I have no choice unfor. I cant find a single sole to see me with out paying first. And Im afraid I do not have any money and it would take way to long to save up to see a Dr.

The likelihood of pregnancy is a no. I would venture more to say that you are experiencing hormonal changes and possibly getting ready to dive head first into the wonderful world of menopause!!! You may have a hormonal imbalance, etc.
Make a trip to see your ob/gyn and see what is going on, have them test your blood, for iron deficiencies, hormone imbalances and everything else he/she can think of. Definitely get checked out, and relax---stressing out will only cause symptoms to worsen.
See your Doc and good luck!!!

Ack... if you don't have health insurance, do you know how expensive the ER is going to be?
I think the chances of your being pregnant are slim to none. I'm not sure what sort of procedure you had with your fallopian tubes... if they snipped them and burned them, it doesn't seem like they could grow back together. I know they're doing "clamping" now with tubes and for vasectomies (with the intention of giving people an out to change their minds later on) and those sometimes might come undone.
Good luck.. hope you're ok.

I doubt you are pregnant. You are probably experiencing hormonal changes in your body. The mass is probably a fibroid due to your upcomming period. Every period is different and they change as you get older. Go to the gyno and get it checked out, especially the mass in your breast. The ER will be very expensive and they are not gynos. They will probably want you to follow up with a gyno anyway. Better off going there to begin with.

I would suggest you simply go to your local health department instead of the ER. You will have to wait until tomorrow, but you were going to anyway, and it would be MUCH cheaper to see them than to go to the ER.
It is possible for you to be pregnant, but honestly, who knows? Like I said, try your local heath department and they should be able to help you out at little or no cost.

The possibility is there but the probability is not, and at 38 most likely too young for menopause, would get a mamogram for sure just to be on the safe side.

If you had your tubes lasered ten years ago, then I seriously doubt you could be pregnant.
I suggest you have a FULL medical and perhaps a pap smear...

Given your description and condition, I don't think it's pregnancy but I do think you need to see a doctor.

You are probably not pregnant. Look up symptoms on WebMD.
