A heating pad, coupled with whatever pain killer works best for you, is great. Sit or lay with the heating pad on your stomach, and you'll feel so much better!

Regular Lemon Snapple Iced Tea
It helps whenever I have the monthly cramps that need to be relieved.

A hefty dose of a painkiller (my preference is Advil) and a heating pad. It becomes my best friend that time of the month. Also, I've found the ThermaCare heating pads to be a WONDERFUL investment.

*Also, I've found that having an orgasm helps relieve the cramps.*

midol usually is what women take. I just take two advil and usually that works for me. If none of these work you might want to go to your doctor. I have herd that when you take birth control it really relieaves the cramps. Good luck

Midol actually works really well, although I have rarely used it.
There are herbal female remedies that help, also to help with moods etc, I really liked St. John's Wort.
