I am limiting myself to 2hours a day on yahoo,
due to the fact I am forgetting to eat and sleep, and I'm starting to look a little bit rough,

or both,yes i agree when it gets to this stage its best to
put the PC and this site away and to the back of your mind
and let other interests resurface for a while
limiting yourself will lead to more and more oh just 5minsmore wont hurt until its 7hours gone by again in a flash
that is the reason the first few levels on here a limited to asking and answering a set amount of questions and answers
by the time you reach a unlimited level the novelty has subsided a bit,and you can drag yourself away on your own initiative,its very addictive and time consuming is yahoo answers,but you can have too much of a good thing sometimes,and easily neglect other things in your life as a result of it-good luck

I never stay on two hours straight I do this when I am doing work for class and I get tired of it I just click away and come here it release a bit of stress....I understand just get your beauty sleep gurly..smiles

Don't try to limit your time here, my record is about 14-15 hours in one day. However, the time in the UK is 7.39 pm.
