I clean up the food storages, but the problem is my mom is deaf ear to my complaining and even my advice. She buys and cooks food, but she makes big food storages too many. Freezer is filled and refrigerator is super-filled. It is getting worse.

It's not clear to me if you are an adult living elsewhere or if your mother fills and overfills the refrigerator you and the whole family living together share.

If it's your fridge at your own apartment or house, you need to discuss this with her. She's trying to help you out, probably, but is instead taking over and imposing her will on you. She needs to be reminded that you love her but prefer to take care of your own food needs.

If it's the family fridge, this is under her control by default. contrary to what another person said, a fridge and freezer packed to absolute capacity uses less power and works less hard than one that's not full. (Air doesn't retain cold; food does.) You could ask her to leave a little space for your preferred food.

If this is a new behavior and very different from how she's managed food preparation and storage in the past, she might be showing signs of stress or even dementia.

Tell your mum by doing this is can burn out the motor on the fridge/freezer, and the electricity bill will be very high!!!

May-be she finds it easy to get dinner on the table she can just heat up and doesn’t have to stand there cooking every day…

So may-be offer to cook tea

I think that you should sit down and have a wee talk with your mum - there's obviously a problem. Has somebody recently died or moved away? Has she always done things like this? If it's out of character for her to do this, then I think she may need professional help. Wish you and your mum good luck.
