DVD Shrink will let you re-author the DVD to a different size, and also let you include only the main movie without any menus, and also take out other audio languages, and also let you only put what you want to see (starting point and ending point) or each "track" you want to have on the re-authored product. Then, when you're all done "shrinking" it down, you can save it to a folder on your hard drive so you can either burn a dvd from that folder, or watch the data straight from your hard drive.

dvd shrink is Windows only.
