look at his stats.... 5th in avg, 4th in runs, 3rd in hits, 1st in doubles, tied for 6th in home runs, tied for 1st in rbi's, 3rd in SLG, and 6th in OBP... also led the team while howard was hurt in the most crucial part of the phillies year... anyone else agree

He should win the Silver Slugger award but what about Prince Fielder?
I would vote for Prince but if Prince somehow struggles for the rest of the season I vote for Utley.

I think Chase's chances hinge on the Phillies playoff push. His numbers certainly merit consideration.

i think he should definetly be MVP. hes awesome this year, and is basically carrying the phillies (ryan howard is not too much help)
