Yes, I've taken acting classes. I felt they were a lot of fun and educational. I was able to apply what I learned from those classes to more than just acting. They taught me the importance of preparation, teamwork and getting along with others that most people would normally rent a truck and run over. The classes made me more comfortable in front of a crowd and they also taught me how to think on me feet. I am a professional actor and a teacher now and I must say that my experience in acting I and II were as valuable as any of the other classes I took in college. I would recommend Acting to anyone regardless of what they're studying in college or even just for the fun of it. More education in any realm can only help.

I take acting classess every staurday. I REALLY enjoy them! It's acctually how I got into acting. I wanted to start modeling lessons so m momwent in to the modeling agency but they said I had to be 12 or over (I was only 9) but they said they were run by a theatre which gives acting classes to children my age so my mom told me that and I went in them and fell in LOVE with acting! Not later after that I auditioned for plays and musicals and got in them too! I've been taking the classes for almost 5 years now. I recomend them!

yes, I took theater arts in high school and again in college. I LOVED IT! In college we were assigned partners to work out a scene, and my partner withdrew from the class about 3 days before the scene was due. I had to go onstage and perform a scene by myself, pretending the other person was there, putting in appropriate pauses and stuff like they were saying their lines. That was fun. I got a C on the assignment which I didn't think was fair but oh well.

I've taken a theatre class that focused more on putting on a show than on acting, but I absolutely loved it.

Yes, of course! If you want to be an actor you must have trained with an acting teacher, or, in acting classes. Talent Agents want to see where you trained and with whom.
