i get my nails done at the salon my girlfriend goes to. She talked me into getting them done like her nails are done.

Yes i enjoy going to the salon with my girlfriend to have my nails done like she has her nails done. I also enjoy getting my toenails done like my girlfriend has her toenails done.

The main reason i get my nails done this way is because i used to have a very bad habit of biting my nails. So one day when i was with my girlfriend she suggested that i get my nails done because she said that should help me not bite my nails anymore. So since then i have loved getting my nails done and will always get them done at the nail salon with my girlfriend.

I wouldn't mind a guy with polished nails. Doesn't make any difference to me, and in fact, a guy confident enough in his manhood to paint his nails and not worry about looking gay is a major plus.
Of course, if you're emo or goth or into some other alternative style, it's even more expected to paint your nails.
Going along with your girlfriend to humor her is pretty cute, really. Just as long as you're comfortable with it.

Yes, it's quite feminine, but there's nothing wrong with it if you like getting your nails done. My preference as a girl, is that guys should just clean under their nails and leave the rest of their nails alone. Because for some guys who don't pay any attention to their nails, meaning they don't even clean under their nails, it starts turning black underneath their nails and it's quite disgusting. But if you get acrylic nails or any type of fake nails and/or get nail polish put on your nails (whether they're fake or not) is a bit overboard. But if you like keeping your nails nice, neat, and clean, you could just go to the nail salon and have them push your cuticles back, clean under your nails, and get your nails cut, filed, and buffed. It will leave your nails feeling fresh, new, and clean, without all the girly acrylic nails and/or nail polish. Hope this helps =)!!

i thinnk its perfectly fine for u to take care of urself a little, Im not a girly girl, but i do hate it when guys have really ugly unkempt hands and i think that being a guy is no excuse for looking like a caveman. I think that so far u are ok with ur sexuality and u dont turn gay, ure perfectly fine

well, it depends on the guy, & if it's not gay looking.
If u do it like the guy in bowling for soup does, it looks great.
Like, black, and ur nails r still short it looks fine. But remeber not to let ur girlfriend completely take over ur sence of style.
But if u do it like women do it's pretty weird.

Well, although it is kind of feminine, I would rather have a guy with clean nails than one with disgusting ones.

Girls that do that are substituting their boyfriend for their girl that is a friend. Make sure she doesn't turn u gay. Tell her u are a man NOT ur girlfriend (like a friend that is a girl) !

I think its disgusting and a little unmanly! No offense but a guy should have guy hands, working hands. Not soft and girly type hands.
Huge turn off.

It will bring a lot of things into question:
Your sexual preference, for one
Your normalcy, for another
I don't think it will give a positive impression, overall.
