We seem to have a debate going over in the UK about Americans being on the British site, this can cause confusion regarding legal questions/answers etc. Don't worry I'm soon popping back, just popped over to ask the question Thanks!

I generally do not care at all, until people are rude and spew anti-American sentiments. Then I care a whole lot. Those that have been rude tend to dish it out just fine, then turn me in for a violation when I respond in kind to their nastiness.

I am married to a Brit, all is good with me. I agree that their could be some confusion over Q&A's because I have learned (and still learning) there are alot of differences between UK and the States.
I think maybe if it was mentioned in the Q or A that this answer comes from UK or US, etc could help somewhat with the confusion though.

I don't give a monkey's about anyone being on the site, no-one has the right to say to anyone to 'stay off'.
I enjoy reading the answers the Americans (and everyone else) give....
OK, as far as legal Q's go, it's awkward maybe, but for everything else it's just fun. As long as you specify where you're living if you want specific answers, there shouldn't be a fuss
I don't care, but I think it's just another excuse to cause rows.

EDIT...I just read 'JIM'S' answer...and I'm sorry you've lumped the WELSH in with all the Brits. We don't feel the same as everyone else mind. We are more 'sympathetic' (for want of a better word) than you realise....;)

I love Brits! I say the more the merrier. I only wish I could hear their voice speak the question. Love that accent! If someone actualy takes legal advice from here and runs with it then thats their bad. If you want legal or medical advice get a pro...

We do have separate web content, Susie, in case you scroll all the way down to the backside of the website you will locate solutions international and you will in case you like log onto the yank website. So it could look that some individuals want this website, consistent with threat they're uk based? i've got basically 'popped' over to u.s. and asked them a matching question to yours, i will have an interest to hearken to any solutions.

It does get confusing once in a while, but the context of the question usually makes it pretty obvious. For example, I won't answer a question like "What's the best resaurant in Bristol?" but I'll sure tackle a dog health question.

It doesn't bother me, moreover, I learn things. Like a lift is an elevator, lorry a truck, flat an apartment and so on. Besides, I am heavy into Brit-Coms. My favorite is Red Dwarf. Pop over anytime you like.

I'm from Ireland, so its became obvious I am using the American site. I don't like Yanks much, and I detest Brits, so it don't mean a damn thing to me what site I use.

One day, Ireland will be United. Go home Brits, and take your murderers, touts, and Mi6 with you.

Ireland unfree shall never be at peace.
