Sure, how little are they though. It's beautiful, they may run around or be pushed - it is nice at Christmas -
You know your children better then me, but it's a family friendly place so like any "adult" place you may enjoy it less with them or they too may have fun hard call but I don't think it's unfriendly for kids - at all.

Some of the sculpture might keep their attention for a while, but you might have trouble with them after a couple of hours at most. Of course, depends on the children.

It would depend on their ages and personalities. They may get bored unless you go at a time when they have special events for children and have a water show. Check their web site and see if you think it would suit them.
