i cannot delete pics from my windows folder.why.(my computer then local disc then windows folder)

Check Folder Properties. [right click on folder]
Make sure they are not set to READ ONLY

What is the error message?

Most likely cause: you do not have administrative rights. Log onto your computer with an account that has elevated rights.
