A maximum speed of a dial-up is 56 kilobytes per second so the time it would take for it download a 25.12 MB file would be 448.57 seconds... in other words 7 minutes and 47 seconds. But due to the fact that sometimes the modem is busy in receiving and sending big amounts of bytes or the ISP is poor in providing fast internet connection, the download may take longer than 8 minutes or so.

Try using Free Download Manager (see Source(s)). It downloads files 4x faster or more than the normal downloading speed.

it's hard to say how fast a 25.12 mb file takes on dial-up..

it might take 30 minutes or longer to download a file that big if ya don't get disconnected while on dial-up..

Dunno if this will help, but I downloaded Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time about 26 MB for 2.5 hours (150 minutes) on a 56kbps Dial-up.

Should be close to that time if it's the same. Time will vary depending on the uploading server also.

it often took me 30mins just to download a 4mb file.
if that's in your case, then it would probably take 3+ hours to finish that one.
