I'd suggest that you run a virus scan, as well as an antispyware scan to be sure that your computer doesn't have any malicious programs or files on it that could be causing this. Also, if this has just recently started happening, you may want to do a System Restore to when it didn't happen.

are there any error messages? in the past the only time ive seen that problem is if the cpu is overheating. it will automatically shut down in attempt to save itself from burning out. If thats the case then check ur heat sink and fan.

u probably dont have enough memory or u have a virus.
