Don't put the responsibility of babysitting on your landlord.
You sue about the bugs, and he neighbors are probably going to sue about the spray.
Bugs are a normal inhabitant of the earth...deal with it. It's not the last bug your kid's going to encounter.

Are you serious? Ok...how is a landlord at fault for a bug being in your sons mouth outside your apartment. Didn't you just say the landlord regularly sprays to get rid of insects?So...Where is the landlords negligence. More importantly what damages did you son incur from the ladybug. My advice, have some decency and stop blaming the landlord for insects living outdoors.

It sounds like your landlord is really trying to solve the problem so suing would be a bit mean, and I think with no chance of you winning or even having a case. Kids of that age put all sorts of stuff in their mouths. Imagine if you were in your landlords position?

Get real......your son picked up a bug and put it into his mouth while under your supervison. Furthermore if you think this bug is the last thing your son is going choke on during his early years you are living in a dream world

You have no basis for a lawsuit nor to breech your lease.
