They are one of several sort of "throwback" bands, whose sound seems deeply rooted in the 1970's. I am not a huge fan, but that Crazy ***** song is very amusing. You would probably also enjoy Wolfmother and Priestess as well.

Never heard of them. I don't know if I qualify as a "younger rocker" though. I'm 30.
I just looked them up on Wiki, and it appears as though I should know them at my age; they came out with their first album in 1999. Huh. Strange that I have no idea who they are.

Being a vast 3 years younger IMO Buckcherry is alright (I have "Time Bomb" on CD), but usually when I want a little "roots" music I turn towards the Reverend Horton Heat for my inspiration.

yeah man i just turned 19...and i love Buckcherry, theyre one of the few bands out there thats still pretty true to "Rock n Roll" ....if you like them, then you should check out...Velvet Revolver....they sound alot like them, and theyre two of my favorite bands, i think you'll like 'em...thanks for listenin to some good rock lol rock on!

I like them alot....I haven't heard much by them, but what I have, I've fallen in love with. I think I'll pick up their latest album sooon. Crazy ***** is my fav.
