yeah, what they said, rings. at high revs the oil is forced past the rings and is bein burnt, the driping oil is because at the same time during compression some of that is passin the rings in the opposite direction and pressurising the oil in the gearbox. at most, a re bore and set of over size rings will cure the problem

It sounds like it has too much oil in it. If it was parked with gas in the tank some of the gas may have leaked down into the crankcase over time and filled the crankcase with gas/oil mix. Check the oil level and smell it. If it has gas in it you want to drain all of it out and put fresh oil in. Gas thins the oil and will ruin your engine if you run it this way. Since it has been sitting you'll want to change the oil anyway and put the correct amount of oil in. Good Luck.

Have you got the correct amount of oil and not too much?
alternativly you have worn rings. The crank case breather may well be blocked if its been in storage and its forcing oil past your rings into the combustion chamber, then you are burning it and sending out clouds of smoke. the answer is to obviuosly check your breather (it will lead into the airbox, follow it back to there) then take the bike to a dealer/mechanic and get a compression test

I have a 100cc 2 stroke bike and if it starts to emit smoke I will put in a little 2 stroke marine oil rather than normal 2 stroke oil. It is a lighter mix and usually makes the bike ride a little smoother.

Sounds like a cylinder, piston & ring thing.
Oil from the crankcase is blowing up, past the rings into the combustion chamber.
The oil burning is causing the smoke.
The explosion of the fuel air mixture is gettin forced past the rings into the crankcase.
The pressure build up is blowing oil of out the crankcase breather.
Check the cylinder compression.

Probably got a corroded / pitted cylinder whilst in storage, assuming it was ok when put away. You need to strip the top end to check this and if necessary get a rebore and oversize piston.
