Yes they have that IP thing.
If they detect clicks coming from your own IP or indeed anything that looks suspicious e.g. many clicks coming from any single IP address, you will be banned, lose any money that you may have accumulated and won't be able to join again.

Well you sign an agreement to say you won't do so and if you do you lose all your money - and also only one click per ip address per day will give you money so yeah...

Before, Google had that problem wherein people just click and click on their competitors' links so their competitors will pay and pay. Then those companies complained to Google and refused to pay. Google then fixed the problem. :)
