I would say you would need a 'blue card' to be able to work with children.
Easy to apply for one - only $40

You won't need a license but to make money you'll need to register with the Fair Trading bureau and the Tax Department.

GSTR2000/17.12(a) stipulates you must always issue a tax invoice for goods or services and to do so requires an ABN (Australian Business Number).

The Fair Trading requirement is to enusre your chosen business name does not conflict and that you personally are traceable should there be any complaints.

be carefull though, queensland go's backwards with the law. get any license for whatever, even for ''looking'' at a child.
just to give you an example... they tried to ban parents to photograph their own kids, how stupid is that hey? QLD its the dumbest state in australia.
