Oceans, rivers, lakes, canals, the very air (since it contains water vapor which can be condensed out). Glaciers also.
If you meant drinking water, rivers, lakes, underground wells and desalination plants.

Desalination: In country where there are no rivers or lakes or groundwater, companies and water biards use desalinisations to extract the salt from the water (salt in large amounts is poisonous to humans) a technique called reverse osmosis is used, where the fresh water is squeezed through microscopic filter at tremedous pressures, thus making it fit for drinking.

Rain is the only source of water.
Rivers, lakes, ice glaciers, seas, occeans are things that stores the water.
This is the constant recycle process.
You know one thing: the water we are using is the same used by dinosuras.

Water comes from and returns to air (Oxygen and Hydrogen) combined
well partly, H2O is the make up of water 2 parts Hydrogen 1 part Oxygen,
this means if you take air (oxygen and Hydrogen) and fire to burn the air you get water,
something interesting is you can not have fire without causing water to form
so a source for water would be Fire
