Nutritional supplements such as Primee Dreamz might be an alternative solution to a good night sleep.
Key Ingredients:
Magnesium
Most of the body's magnesium (60 percent) is found in the bones. Food sources include artichokes, nuts, beans, whole grains and shellfish.
Magnesium deficiency is sometimes associated with frequent nocturnal awakenings.
Passion flower
Passion flower has a long history of use for symptoms of restlessness, mood disorders or emotional problems
Chamomile
Chamomile has been used for centuries to treat insomnia and for its calming and sedative effects that are attributed to the flavonoids, including apigenin, which acts as a lignan for the central benzodiazepine receptors.
Melatonin
Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light, suggesting the involvement of melatonin in circadian rhythm and regulation of diverse body functions.

benadryl (diphenhydramine) is good for short term help. you also might try melatonin. it is an over-the-counter supplement that is pretty cheap. it works for some people. melatonin is found in the body naturally, and its levels is increased at night. taking additional melatonin at night might help you sleep. i would only do this short term in either case though. if you have this problem for long periods of time you need to see a doctor. also, before you just start taking stuff, try to find out why you aren't sleeping. stress? not devoting enough time to sleep so staying tired? too much caffeine? medications you take now? ect. try to "prepare" going to sleep. 30 minutes before you want to sleep already have your nightly routine finished. lay in bed and read/pray/or some other relaxing thing. this allows your mind and body to calm down from the day, making it easier to sleep.

Unisom, its only medicated to help sleep it doesn't have the acetominiphine that tylenol does which is bad for your liver if taken too often. I do recommend reading as a non-drug use. But if you are having serious sleep issues then definatly Unisom, if it doesn't work go to your doctor and get a scrip.

I use melatonin. You can get it over the counter. I use the 300 mcg. But you need to take an one week break after two months use. I figure it couldn't hurt to give my body a boost from time to time since our body naturally produces it anyway. I hope this helps.
