i had it probably for 10 days im 12 years old is there something wrong im freaking out

It sounds like you are just starting out with having periods so irregularity (which can include continuous bleeding) can be pretty common. Please also bring this to your mom's attention. If she suggests seeing the dr that's a good idea to make sure that nothing else like an infection is going on that could cause this. Some kinds of infections can cause the kind of bleeding you have been dealing with.
I've been dealing with infections such as those that can cause bleeding for some time.

i am also 14 and same was the case with me when my periods started. i had bleeding for around 12 days but if you have more extended periods check the doctor.
