Well I am a leasing consultant with a tenant placement service here is Georgia. I can look for some places for you. Contact me to let me know how much you want to pay in rental amount and are you prepared to pay a security deposit.

But to answer your question, there are a lot of owners that don't necessarily look at your credit, they look at rental history and work history, They want to know that even though you may have some blemishes on your credit that you will pay them rent and leave their place in the same condition as you rented it.

Let me know if I can help!

To be as open as possible with this, there is always someone to give you a good reference within your circle of family and friends. It may take a little "creative writing", but if thats all thats holding you back i really shouldn't be a problem. Be inginuitive. Be creative. Good refs generally just require lining all your ducks up in a row. whether it be living, or employment, or whatnot. Good Luck

If you had several letters of reference from businessmen like a banker that can be confirmed or a pastor/priest from a parish as to your standing, or anyone that can be checked on and could give a reference as to your reliability.

look on craigslist.... find a private individual and explain to them your situation. if you can't find an individual then try the monthly suites until you can get into the community and look in the paper, usually if you pay up front individuals will trust you....... but, it depends....
