We have just got a new washing machine and, whereas the old one leaked and did not get the Sanivite running, with the new machine running the Sanivite will not stop.

The float switch is knacked you will have to replace it. Your new W/M is pumping out more water then the old one & the Sniflow cannot detect a lager volume of water entering it ( Ps, buy some rubber gloves before undertaking the repair! )

the micro switch on the float level has packed up ..as the water level rises this switches the mechanism and the pump empties the box ..but they often stick up ..give it a tap on the side of the box ..it normally stops it ..its a common fault
