You mean just copying text from one place and posting it on a board? If that's what you mean just left click and highlight the words you want to copy then tight click and select copy. Then go to the board and right click and select paste.

HIghlight the text you want - hit Control and C together, go to where you want to put it, position cursor, and hit Control and V - it should appear.
