It means 'grounded' in that the person is not unduly influenced by material things or belongings; interested in life rather than finery and monetary issues. Not flighty, makes a true friend, honest as the day is long

ambitious , dreamy , imagining person whose dreams can reach the sky and much much further BUT he never forgets his Friends' and relatives' emotion in other words he seems realistic and humble but he keeps dreaming and working on it between himself and he's veeeery careful not to hurt any ones emotions by being arrogant
