Which search engine has a fuction to search for peoples' questions and answers?

Those that help for research...
Because the so called search engines like Yahoo! or Google only look up websites that have answers and I am looking for those which let people post questions and let people give answers....
I dont mean Yahoo! Answers

This one is the closet I can think of for your answer,you can post questions and get them answered,it does not run on any search engines. The site is http://wiki.answers.com/
