3) Paris Hilton - she may seem like she's a dumb blond all the time, but think about it - she's making money by doing nothing, and marketing herself. That's smarter than either George Dubbya, or Cruise. She's still pretty lame tho.

5. Kevin Feterline,... the only way he doesn't win is because he was able to marry a fomous hot celeb,.. athough,.. since we look at it now,. its hard to really tell who got the worst of that deal these days

Is there even a question that it's Paris Hilton? Now after getting out of jail she says "it was all a joke." I seriously don't think running out of gas, then blaming it on your asst. for not filling the tank up when you have a load of 20's in your pocket book is a joke. Jessica Simpson isn't far behind.
