Stop having anal. He probably has some broken capillaries. If, he doesn't stop bleeding, he may need to be seen by a doc. Are you sure this is why he is bleeding???
Depending how much blood loss he has, he could become anemic.
In any case, he needs medical attention.

First it is normal to have minimul bleeding. Even if it isn't his first time having anal. Sometimes if not prepared properly or he doesn't know how to relax small tears, or broken capilaries can occur. If he is gushing blood a dr. or emergency room are in order. If however, it is a spot here or there then it is perfectly normal. I strongly advise that if you do not have knowledge of what your doing you shouldn't be doing it. Research what your doing before you do it. Secondly if you can find someone who has knowledge of what you want to experiment with before you do it and learn from them

Why are you having anal sex when you are only 16 anyway.
I hope you used a condom. Otherwise who know what you both could catch. also it may have stopped the bleeding hapening in the first place if you used a condom

Is he bleeding a lot, or a little? If a lot, go to the hospital. If a little, use some antiseptic ointment. He needs to clean the wound, and that is in an especially vulnerable, germy area.

It is normal to bleed if it is your first time doing anal sex. You should be using condoms and water based lubricants such as K-Y Jelly.
