Is winter here in Oz - so go to the gym usually 6 times a week - treadmil, exercise bike, weights and some classes if I can make it. Will start swimming again when the sun comes back!!

Gym bike, 30 min in the morning and 30 min. in the evening.
No sweets, no bread, no ice-cream, nothing like that but only: vegetables and fruits

LOL, funny. Yeah i try too exercise every night, i either take walks, or just do regular workouts, like sit ups and push ups, but whatever works for you!!!

no... i really don't exercise. Every now in then i will do some sit ups when i feel like bettering my body....that doesn't last long though lol
