About network printers.?

Question

In my office there is a network printer .
The printer type is Ricoh Afritio MP 1600L.
This printer is added to our network of 35 Computers.
Everyone use this printer.But somebody misuses.


My question is shal I know the sources of the printout send to this printer?
If so what to do?
Please give me a detailed answer.

Turn on "print cover sheet" on every computer.

Now every printjob comes with coversheet on where printout came from, so you know who did what.
