nothing. i dont see your point.
the disadvantage for men i suppose is that women are better able to multi-task, so when they're working with a woman, they'll look bad in comparison!

Okay if you are a man trying to get proof on your side to keep your woman from working, YOU ARE ON THE WRONG SITE. I hate to tell you this the women that roam these corridors, from my opinion in reading their writings, are independent it is the "Gender & Women's Studies". The meek are not here. God Bless.
