Could a wizard from Harry Potter slay a dragon by himself??

what do you mean by himself? without using any magic? well, if thats the question, any wizard without his powers is just another human so no, he cant beat a dragon. now, in general, if you read harry potter and the goblet of fire, you ll see that wizards did win dragons.

Theoretically, yes. Particulary if they don't have any problems using the killing curse.

Lets see Dragons are not real nor are wizards.So what's it matter.
