Most of us don't have our own transcripts anyway; those are kept by the university and a certified copy is sent directly to the requester (graduate school, employer) when a request is made. So yes, you can always get another copy. If your diploma is lost, you can ask for a copy too - this often happens when a fire or flood destroys someone's belongings - but I'm not sure how they handle the signatures if. for example, you graduated years earlier and the original signers are no longer at the university (or, for that matter, alive).

Yes. Call the admissions dept of your university or college and they will be able to help you or steer you to the right department. They will be able to make a copy of your transcript for you. If you want it like an original copy it may cost you a few bucks. However if you do not need an original copy they may send a photo copy for cheep.
