A transgendered person would put the sex they became. That is what they are living as.
There have been a couple cases of hermaphrodites,where a person is both, or neither, or somewhere in between. I know one possible cause for this is that fraternal twins, one male and one female, merge together early in utero. I'm not sure what someone like that would put.
