There's no way to figure this out from basic principle. You'd first need to know the kind of soap. You'd then have to look it up or measure it. You can do it with a stryofoam cup of water bath and a thermometer. I don't 2 bars of pressure would make much of a difference since solids and liquids are not very compressible.
