What are the spesific heat at constant pressure and spesific heat at constant volume of pure soap? How it varies with moisture content and pressure?

There's no way to figure this out from basic principle. You'd first need to know the kind of soap. You'd then have to look it up or measure it. You can do it with a stryofoam cup of water bath and a thermometer
