i wanna be able to sinc my laptop calender with my phone what software do i download?

On the Motorola Rizr Z3 you cannot add or change the software on the phone. Basically the built in software cannot be changed in any way due to the restrictions on the cell phone provider for that cell phone. You will not be able to install any programs on this phone.
You contacts and calendar events information will have to be entered by you. You will not be able to sync from your laptop to this phone. However your contacts will be saved to your sim card on the back of the phone.
The only cell phone that you will be able to install and sync your contacts or calendar events is a cell phone that uses Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0
