Actually, Happy, I just move on. If they are too serious or boring, or just don't understand what I consider fun, I don't answer their questions anymore. Now there is a new feature where you can "block user". I'm thinking that could be handy now and then when someone really gets too serious for their own good.
I have serious questions here, and fun ones too. Most people can tell the difference and answer accordingly.
Long story short....Yahoo Answers is kind of like dating. If you don't get along with someone I just yell "NEXT!!!" and move on. Plenty of people can be fun without getting hung up on the stick-in-the-muds.

I just move on. There is no way to tell by body language if someone is using humor, so it is a lot like road rage at times. It just makes me think about how much people communicate without words, and how universal tat wordless language is.

I usually have to say I'm joking, I'm pretty sarcastic so unless someone has the same kind of humor that I do, they'll probably think I'm being rude

I just think o well they don't know me.I did have one situation that kinda pissed me off though.I put it in the joke section and still got rude remarks like "your stupid" for this - Guess what I just saved a ton of money on my car insurance by switching to no car insurance.I think it's funny but just about everyone took me seriously.O well.

i love people with an off beat sense of humor like mine, if they cant handle it, i chalk it up to them not being sharp enough to understand that i am being sarcastic or humorous, some people are just miserable too...

when on Y A i really don't pay much attention if someone does not get my sense of humor......I realize that not everyone has the ability to see humor in just about anything there is.....it just annoys me when they report you just because they don't get you.......
