Still always wrong!.....they don't???...MJ who so many dumb people say is the greatest....used to always publicly fight! with coaches and GM's....in fact he and Kerr fought once a,,and gave Kerr a black eye!...he had Doug Collins fired becuz Doug wanted him to pass more!..

Yuri...Mj never made anyone better!!...
when he retired in 1994 the Bulls only dropped 2 games!!...Pippen led the Bulls to a 55 - 27 record......they almost won another title without MJ!......MJ never had a winning season without Pippen!..MJ had great teamates..that's why he won!

MJ lovers seem to think he's so perfect and that he had no fights with teammates and stuff
he went public about teammates crappy performances so many times especially scottie pippen and people thought that was used as motivation but when kobe does it, its considered rude and obnoxious...man thats crap
how bout MJ giving a a black eye to Steve Kerr?? people forget that quickly...those kinds of things are covered up quickly because of hte media and the marketing...they want him to look perfect so that ppl buy their products or turn into their channels on TV and they made it look like MJ had no flaws at all hahaha yea right
Kobe surpassed MJ a long time ago...he just entered his prime and already has 2 scoring titles and has the second greatest scoring performance in nba history with 81 points
His no.7 seeded crap team was 6 seconds aaway from eliminating the no.2 seeded mighty suns...thanks to kwame and his wonderful defense of tim thomas at the 3 point line, everything changed and phoenix won but KOBE PUSHED A MIGHTY ELITE TEAM TO THE LIMIT THAT SERIES

No. He is very far from being the greatest. Kobe has had an impressive career but is currently lacking in potential to win more championships and MVP's. The Lakers are in sorry shape, and it doesn't look like he's going to any championship contender. On top of this you have to consider other players besides Michael Jordan- like Wilt Chamberlin, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, and Bill Russell.

no man is perfect dammit no one not mj not kobe but both of them are some of the greatest players of all time
you seem very intelligent about stats and stuff but you fail to see why any player is truly great you have mentioned their stats so many time but you truly dont understand what makes those players great
it one word HEART every great player has had it kobe always wants to win he has heart
you mentioned jordan didnt win for a while well every1 needs a good team no man can do it alone and even when jordan lost he never gave up when jordan was cut from his team he didnt give up same type of stuff with kobe he loves the game and loves to win
every great player kobe jordan pippen magic bird etc. were not great because of all the damn points they scored and all their assists, it was their damn heart.
It kills me to see that nowadays no one truly undestands that anymore because i love the game so much.
you are right jordan was not perfect. he missed thousands of shots and he did get in fights but no one ever said he was superman.

This goes out to everyone who hates kobe,jordan,lebron,magic etc. these players have worked their heart out for a game they loved and i am to. and those players didnt work hard for people who dont understand basketball to diss them
you try to point out all of the flaws that jordan had well of course you will make him look bad. you could make anyone on Earth look bad if u did research.
You can point out every players turnover and misses and altercations, and all their losing games, but you can never take away their heart. IF YOU knew basketball you would know that stats don't mean anything its about heart and passion for the game.
If you have these qualities no one can EVER prove you suck no matter who you are and no matter how many failures you have had.
You can keep saying Jordan was overrated its your freedom it doesn't show ignorance just free speech but saying a player who loves the game sucks especially coming from someone who doesnt undestand that is just plain dumb
I don't care what you think about any player in the NBA Pippen was great jordan was great kobe was and all of them etc.
It wasn't their championships that defined them all it was their heart.

Well, not really. See, If he was the greatest, he wouldn't be in the situation he is in. People who are "The Gretest" don't publicly fight with the team's better players. They don't force those players to be traded, nor do they then demand a trade a few years later when it becomes blatantly obvious that he cannot lead a team by himself, contrary to his previous beliefs.

most talented...maybe.it all depends on how u define a great player.a great player for me is sm1 who makes everybody better, makes the team win and excell at the same time.... for me it is michael jordan.. offense-defense he's got it all.for kobe, well if he is the greatest... how come he's never been the season mvp?
