The classic-Listen to music. Also stuff like reading, baths, running, drinking hot tea, watch a good feel good type of movie, and going outside just to get away from all the stuff going on inside...that usually only works if you live near a nature-ish place, not like inner city, and it feels decent out. =]

I sit on the computer, have a coffee and play neopets.
however if one of those three is not available then i just cant relax.
i only have one other thing and thats read a book by my fave author and drink warm milk
